1delta Labs successfully delivered grants from both Aave and Compound to develop a composable protocol extention for Aave and Compound. The work focused on enabling non-custodial margin trading with single-click flows—looping, opening and closing positions, swapping collateral and debt, and surfacing risk parameters directly in the UI. By integrating Aave v3, Compound v3, and Uniswap routing, the project made it possible for traders to build and manage leveraged positions seamlessly while keeping funds transparently at the underlying lenders.
